USPA is a non-profit organization. It’s dues support and promote varied pastel venues. As such, members recognize that USPA cannot
offer refunds, credits or exchanges. Dues are not prorated and apply only to the year in which they are paid. The year runs
from July 1st of any given year to June 30th of the following year.
